What is the Points app?

An app featuring a network of merchants. When you make a purchase from them, you earn points in your account in return for your purchases.

How do I earn points?

You earn points when you shop at the stores within the Points app network. You earn one point for every 1 SAR you spend with them once the purchase is completed.

How do I redeem my points?

You can only redeem your loyalty points within the Points merchant network. You can shop through the link (shop.papp.sa) or directly within a merchant's online store. At checkout, select "Pay with my Points balance" and enter the mobile number linked to your account, and the points will be deducted accordingly.

How long does it take for points to be credited to a customer's account?

Points are credited instantly once the purchase from the store is completed.

Do points have an expiry date?

Yes. Points are currently valid for 24 months from the date they were earned.

Can I gift my points?

Yes, you can gift your points to another user registered with Points.

How do I open an account on the Points app?

Simply download the app from the link (papp.sa) and sign up using your mobile number.

Are there any fees or obligations when registering on the Points app?

No. Registration is free.
